Kenwood Ladies’ Pond is part of the Highgate chain of ponds, situated on the eastern fringe of Hampstead Heath just off Millfield Lane. It is the only pond on Hampstead Heath reserved solely for women’s swimming and is open to all women and girls over the age of eight. You do NOT have to be a member of the KLPA to swim at the pond.
The Ladies’ Pond is one of three swimming ponds on Hampstead Heath, nearby there is a Men’s Pond (also off Millfield Lane) and a Mixed Pond (open to all) which is part of the Hampstead chain of ponds, located on the west side of the Heath, and is open for public swimming from May to September.
